The trailer and the poster for C'MON C'MON have been released!

Joaquin Phoenix's new movie

Following his Oscar-winning performance as The Joker, Joaquin Phoenix (Don't Worry, He Won't Get Far On Foot) will star in the upcoming project by Mike Mills, director of "Beginners" (2010) and "20th Century Women" (2016). He will be a journalist tasked with taking care of his young nephew – due to some family issues - as he embarks on a journey across the United States, where he will interview children from all over the country about the future of the world.

The feature film - entirely in black and white - was presented at the Telluride Film Festival and will also be part of the lineup of the New York Film Festival, which will take place from September 24 to October 10. New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, and New Orleans were among the cities chosen as locations for the film set.

Critics already consider the film as a potential awards contender and the New York Film Festival has announced it on its social networks as "another warm, insightful and rewarding portrait of the life of an American family." There is no confirmed theatrical release date for Latin America, but surely there will be news in the coming weeks.
